Lego was in excellent condition. Looked brand new, seals on the box were still sticking and weren't peeling off. The price was reasonable for a retired Lego set. Packaging was top notch as well. No chance of the Lego getting wet! Would definitely use this seller again.

Not as described. Was supposed to be a "new sealed" LEGO set. Was actually used (had been retaped shut, contained zip bags, some things were assembled already). Poor communication from seller. I messaged about the issue. 5 days later, no reply. I opened a return request. 2 days later, still no reply, but the request was approved. 11 days later, I finally got my full refund. The seller never once replied to me. A simple "sorry, my mistake" would have made such a huge difference.

9 days after leaving this feedback, the seller has now messaged back. They confirmed it was a mistake (not intentional) to send a used set instead of new. And they stated a pretty compelling reason for why they weren't able to message me back or get to the return sooner. Given how much positive feedback they have, I'm inclined to believe them. It doesn't change the fact that this was a negative experience, but I hope they are doing well now and hope this won't be an issue for future buyers.
