Never got an answer for my questions but did get a notice of a discounted offer. Decide to buy the item which would be great value if it was as-described. It shipped quickly and was well packed. The appearance of the phone matches the pictures that were listed. However, there were no pictutes of the rear-facing camera and its used condition does seem to affect photo quality.
