● TERRIBLE SELLER EXPERIENCE ● Communication before purchasing 4 items seller said would reimburse me all shipping fees if I bought all 4. But wanted me to purchase them full price individually. That should have been my red flag. Seller would not respond when I asked her after receiving the items about refund. Until I opened a case on seller through eBay. And then the seller says I know this sounds fishy, need to close case before I can refund. I closed case and never heard nothing. No refund

... HORRIBLE SELLER ... Seller said that they would reimburse me all my shipping if I bought all four mugs, did not reimburse shipping. which was $43.80 . After receiving the items I questioned the seller about reimbursing shipping, I got no response. So I opened up a case and then I get a response saying that she cannot send shipping back until I close the case. ( played me for a fool all the way ) so I closed the case and seller will not respond.
