A speedpak Containing LED Lights on circuit board from around the world and you put it in a thin envelope?? The container holding the LED's slid apart so the lights were free inside the envelope. Looks like you could have at least put a staple to hold the LED Container together. I have not tested them yet. Poor packaging, way too long to receive. Loose items.
