    I contacted the seller before purchasing this dress. She assured me I would receive it in 3-4 day priority mail. She mailed it on Aug 9th but I didn’t receive it until the. 18th! She blamed it on my next door neighbor’s address but that didn’t change the fact that it was not delivered on the date it was promised. Also, I only received a partial refund since she deducted all mailing costs. Consequently I didn’t have it for the special occasion. Not good customer service!!!

    I did not blame it on her neighbor. I mailed the package on time, but the postal service was the problem! Parcel Refund? In my listings, I have that the Buyer is to pay for shipping item back.
