    The item arrived quickly and securely packaged. It came in a plastic case and looks brand new to me as listed. At this time I cannot rate this item if it is fully functional since I am still awaiting for more computer parts to arrive from other vendors and have not installed it yet. For the value though it is a little bit less than other vendors plus the free shipping.
