Ebay screwed up on this one and is something sellers unfortunately have to deal with from a cold and distant AI like Ebay has to be using. This “buyer” pretended to receive my cameras but claims to have never ordered them. I refunded immediately after getting crazy and threatening messages from this “buyer” and right away cancel the order, refund and relist. The problem you as a seller have with these scammers is if you don’t send back double amount they will leave negative feedback.
