This seller does not take returns. The peg loom pictured was well made. The loom I received needs holes opened up. I have six holes I cannot let get pegs in. I am going to have to open the holes so pens will go in. It is project I am going to work on before it can be used. I contacted the seller and the answer was they were sorry. A friend had made the looms. The ones she used in teaching her classes worked fine. She had not seen these looms. All I got was I am sorry. It needs reworked
