Done potato chips (yes we eat real chips!)FAST! 10 large spuds in about 10 seconds. Enuff chips for a regiment. Next made potato cubes for grandkids. FASt. These type of machines produce lots of small bits of spuds, etc. These make nice crumbly bits for kids( used air fryer for these, yummy). Cutting grids/ blade SHARP! very sharp (got cut finger to prove it). Use blade for chips and cubes.
