Ply strategy and courage to conquer rivals and take control of a rugged, rich land in this second expansion pack for Heroes of Might and Magic IV. Five new heroes, intent on conquering the realm of Channon, are introduced in six campaigns along with new single-scenario and multiplayer maps, creatures, artifacts, music, storylines, campaign editor features, and an object painter. Gameplay takes place in the northern continent of Axeoth and features new locations for hiring Goblins, Evil Sorceresses, Gargantuans, Dark Champions (Knights), Catapults, and Frenzied Gnashers.<br><br>New campaigns include To Rule the World, featuring the young Spazz Maticus, Barbarian Hordes, in which Mongo has a mandate from his king to ultimately capture the capital city of Rylos, and The Magnificent One, a.k.a. Mysterio, a great magician from Qassar looking for secrets of immortality. In Enough is Enough, Erutan Revol (nature lover), wants to eliminate the human infidels and restore the realm to its natural state, while Baron Von Tarkin leads a quest to convert all living things to an army of undead in Death March. Finally, The Last Bastion pits all five heroes against each other in a crushing battle for supreme command of Channon.
