I was a little bit worried at first because the box was a bit out of shape, however the system was generously wrapped in bubble wrap which protected it. The unit arrived in perfect condition! There are no observable scratches or dents. Good volume, 3D works, screens are nice and clean, etc.! Very good purchase, thank you!
