Notified seller twice, took about a week to get a response. He stated possibly wrong part was in my parcel, gave suggestions on possible resolutions I can do on my own. Asked me to send pictures so they can investigate. Sent pictures weeks ago, no response. I did manage to buy my own hardware to rectify it. In summary product is good but if you are missing or have incorrect hardware don't expect a rapid reply.
