Honestly, I think this is a man's shirt due to the broad shoulders and length of the sleeves. However, I can roll up the sleeves and wear the shirt as I had intended, to do my yard work. So all is good.

You can tell by the side it buttons on. Womens button from the left side and men's button from the right. Your shirt buttons from the left. Many western shirts are cut big for some reason. Be assured, that you did receive a women's shirt size medium as you ordered.
