J’ai acheté les lunettes. Elles sont arrivées avec les branches croches. Quand j’ai contactée la vendeuse elle m’a répondu que c’était normal alors que ça ne l’était pas. En plus j’ai reçu une facture à la réception des lunettes. 42$ de plus à payer pour des taxes de douanes. Les lunettes sont usagées et endommagées. J’ai du payer quand même. Ensuite quand j’ai contacté la vendeuse elle voulait que je paye pour les renvoyer. J’ai du contacter eBay et me mettre sur la protection des achats eBay.

I apologized to the buyer that they weren't happy with their purchase. As an established seller on eBay, I adhere to a 30-day return policy, which I was more than happy to honor. The buyer received a refund and was allowed to keep the sunglasses. Afterwards, the buyer attempted to exert undue pressure by l expressing a desire for additional concessions in exchange for maintaining my 100% positive feedback. I promptly reported this communication and allowed the buyer to share their perspective.
