I love Pain Freeze. I have lower and upper back issues and when they flare up, this is the only rub that helps me. It activates right away and I feel the heat. I place my heating pad in that area and the pain has been alleviated. I'd never for any other medicated rub. 💯 hands down, best around. I've been using for over two years now.
