Item arrived with a broken crossbody ring resulting in me having to send it directly to Hammitt for warranty repair. Seller did not disclose issue but clearly knew it was an issue since the ring was in the box outside of the completely wrapped bag. Seller did offer to do a return but overall I am highly disappointed with the non disclosure of the flaw.

I really tried to work this out with the buyer. I would have never purposely sent a broken item to anyone. Once she told me it was broken I offered a 100% refund. She did not want to return it.
