    This rare pamphlet was sent from the USA. The supplier was away when I saw it so I watched it until they returned & contacted me. The item took a while to reach me due to the long journey. There were 33 entries on the tracking log including customs! However it arrived before the last predicted date. It was well packaged and arrived in excellent condition as described.
