I go through the whole setup process, hookup the printer, and all that but when I go to enter the validation code into the software I get an error message stating that the code was activated and used on the 13th of September but my product didnt even get delivered until the 17th of September. That was sneaky sneaky... and I don't like it. Beside that, it very well could have been a great product but after that situation, I returned the product.
