    The blouse was listed as not returnable. However when I received it the size was not at all like the Petite Mediums that I wear. It is huge. I requested a return since the blouse did not fit me at all. A half a day later the return was listed as closed and no other details. This is disappointing to pay $40 for something I cannot wear at all. I could not find a way to contact eBay. I have a very good eBay customer rating.
