It began with me asking is all pen refills were the same size & what size they were I received an answer stating they were all the same size but no measurement. So I asked again and received no response so I took a chance and ordered them. Then they got stuck during shipment so I asked the seller for help who responded with a photo of the shipping and told me to wait so I asked eBay for help and they did. Then my package arrived completely wrong, 2 sizes pen refills and 2 pencils. Buyers beware
