Not having an OS was no issue since I was going to be installing a variant of Linux anyway. the machines were delivered packaged well, were clean (one even had the protective stickers on the red plastic!), and ran perfectly. The only issue I had was that one of the RAM sticks was installed in slot 1 instead of slot 0 and it had issues booting up. I swapped it (easy to do with this machine) and it booted right up.
