That's on me, but that's to me overkill on a delivery of coffee. That idea is better given to expensive items like jewelry, precious coins, expensive watches, etc.

Our business keeps both of us very busy, I missed the delivery and had to retrieve the shipment at the post office. Precious coins, or expensive items like jewelry and watches I can see a required signing for, but it's bit much for a large package of coffee. I guess this is the solution to combat possible complaints in the future.
