Packed well and shipped quickly. Heavy and very well made. I don't really think it was made in India, probably Sweden or USA. In the 1920s or 1930s. I have over 10 of these from 4 inches to 16 inches. I've never have seen another one at 16 inches or taller, the one I have was made in 1928. 14 inches is tallest I've seen other than the 16 inch one I have.
