    ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️Seller sent a defective product piece. The slot hole where one of the attachment arms go through was not properly processed by his 3D machine so I was not able to put the display together completely. Seller gave me troubleshooting advice and $5 refund. I followed his instructions but the piece easily split apart and broke. Seller offered a replacement for the piece that broke and waited over two weeks. The replacement piece never arrived.

    1) I made this buyer a custom stand 2) They broke it upon receipt/assembly and then demanded a full refund, which I did (these are not hard to assemble) 3) Replacement part was shipped, but may still be in "snail mail", as they live on the other coast and the USPS has been terrible lately

    ‼️‼️ Lies Lies Lies. Seller only gave me a $5 refund because seller acknowledged the defect of his craftsmanship and gave me instructions to fix it. When I followed his instructions, the attachment piece easily split and broke. He then offered to send me a replacement which he NEVER sent. I waited over two weeks. Up until this day which is almost a month now and the replacement still HAS NOT ARRIVED! Seller blames the USPS snail mail but we all know that the USPS postal system is very efficient.
