Assured me they would dispatch immediately on Monday but did not hand in to Dropbox until Friday. Item sent was not new - packet was open and wrapped in paper, seller didn't believe me until I sent photos. Posted back via Royal Mail, seller says they didn't receive it!!! So instead of giving me a refund of £8.99 plus postage i paid for they can have very negative feedback

Contacted seller, told they were sending replacement and would email tracking. That never happened. I asked for a refund! Seller hasn’t responded. I will be getting eBay to intervene when I can later in the week. Appalling service, lack of communication. Never again!
