The flag is great except for a strong crease from a fold in the center. Flags like these would be best packaged as a flat or rolled in a tube. I would have paid more on freight for that.

Sorry you were not happy with the packaging. Note that this flag already had a significant crease as pictured in the listing. The crease was not introduced as a result of shipping/packaging.
