I was informed regularly about its tracking - where it was,who it was with and when it would arrive.It was incredible value for money-over 3 times cheaper than Ford part and had a 10 year guarantee.The original Ford part failed after 6 years. I will definitely look here first for any parts I need in the future

To make it fit I had to cut off the two plastic lugs on the back. Other than that feels like good quality; time will tell if it lasts. It arrived well packaged and the price was good.
