Hello, with my 3-day handling time, the 3-day Memorial weekend, and some miscommunication from my packing and shipping service, your order arrived 3 days late in which I profusely apologized for and offered a partial refund. Disassembly of the handle consists of 4 screws, in which is very intuitive to put together and have never had anyone have an issue with.
