Also the first time we plugged it up it says paper jam and we have never loaded paper into it. The printer is not functional.

The seller will not accept a return, so now I have to fight it out with Allstate whom I bought a policy from for the product. DO NOT buy from this seller. Go ahead and spend the extra money for a product that works.

It doesn't clog now that I know how much I have to print to maintain it and I think the prints look really nice! I think they might be a little darker than the official claria inks though.
