When package received it was well, but not excessively, wrapped. This seller could not have been more accommodating in wanting to help. I would not hesitate to order from him again. Excellent.

Two towel rails were received instead of the hooks. I contacted them and they have sent me the two hooks today. I still have the towel rail sent in error and hope they will send me a postage label so I can return it. Speedy response to my problem
