Used it on my dog's repaired cruciate ligament, no idea yet if it did anything but he fell asleep during treatment. I then used it on my arthritic knuckle (from much research I learned the machines are the same), and being a 'jump in the deep end' sort of person, instead of using it on low power for a few days and work my way up to full power over a week or so, I went straight to full power at the longest time (20min), and I got dizzy. Great! It's doing something! And NOT just red LED's
