Absolutely DREADFUL! Dress was felted (shrunk) to the point it wouldn't fit a child. Completely misleading images. When a return was requested they refused to refund the postage; apparently it is the buyer's fault if they receive an unwearable item of clothing. Buyer Protection Policy states sellers are required to resolve issues when items arrive damaged by offering a FULL refund or a replacement item. Contact the COO of GlamCorner and David Jones. GlamCorner Ebay customer service is dreadful.

Buyer claims the item arrived damaged when it is clearly stated in the listing that it is preloved and has shrunk. We have offered a partial refund and informed her that she may post the item back and we will issue a refund once it is received.
