It took them 9 days after creating the shipping label to ship the product out despite stating in their ad that it would be shipped right away. This delay caused the product to not arrive in time for the presentation it was to be used in. Again despite trying to contact the seller they refused to reply to fix this issue with shipping. I would recommend to never buy from this seller.
