I contacted seller several times to request reimbursement for $17 postage. Ignored my messages asking for contact re: expense, of returning. I refunded the buyer cost + Original shipping. Upon refund, message from eBay clearly stated not to send the shoes back. Buyer sent shoes back anyway and they were completely destroyed! What a mess! Because what I received was not what I sent, I blocked the buyer so I don't have to do business with them again, hence why I didn't respond to any of their messages. Sellers beware!
