    Beautiful pendant, as described, but the seller sent a valuable piece of turquoise that I paid $152 for, in a small, plastic BAGGIE, with no box for protection, in a thin padded envelope. I’m SO OVER sellers who disrespect their buyer’s purchases. Why was I charged $9.16 for this nonsense?

    We are sorry to hear your disappointment. We sent you many photos, per your request, prior to your purchase. Please feel free to return the item for a full refund. As for the packaging, as explained, we are not a retailer and do not have jewelry boxes. However, we did package it in a secure bubble envelope in which we have send hundreds of items....you ae the first to complain. Your interaction with us throughout this whole process was aggressive and accusatory.
