The seller says this is a new item. But it obviously is not. See photos. The package was ripped into many pieces and taped together. The screws were used, not new. The bottom part of the screws is a different color. The batteries inside the device are dated 2028 which means they were made in 2018 (6 years ago). I tested the batteries, only half of the charge left! Finally, the factory pre-set code has been changed and the new code that was programmed into the device is written on the instruction

ORIGINAL PHOTOS FROM MY LISTING WAS OUT OF THE PACKAGE, REMOTE IS NEW UNUSED. MY MISTAKE WAS SHIP THE BROKEN PACKAGE TO HELP BUYER WITH INSTRUCTIONS, BUYER USE THE PACKAGE TO ASK ME FOR REFUND WITHOUT RETURNING THE CONTROL. WHY BUYER DONT ADD A PICTURE OF THE CONTROLLER?? BECAUSE THE CONTROLLER IS BRAND NEW INTACT. BEWARE OF THIS BUYERS, BUY SOMETHING AND LATER ASK FOR PARTIAL REFUND TO GET THE ITEMS FOR CHEAP. WE NEED HONEST BUYERS.
