Shipping was a little slow and the item had damage not described in the add. Because of my personal situation I opted to repair rather than to return the item. C3 Cycle Tech customer service was very responsive and I appreciate their willingness to pay for the refund and return shipping. If timing is not critical I would buy from them again because of the customer service.
