Seller sent me the wrong purse twice. They were very communicative throughout the whole process, but each step took so long waiting for the shipping back and forth.
I finally received the correct purse 6 weeks after my initial purchase. Very long and frustrating experience, wouldn’t recommend if you’re in a rush like I was.
In the seller’s defense, they did refund me for the return labels and I did end up receiving the correct bag for a good deal.
