I attempted to make contact with you regarding your delivery, The courier was unable to leave your parcel safely at the address you provided and to contact the courier and if the cushion is too small did you order the right size? or have we made some mistake on your order? if so contacting me prior so I can organize a replacement would have been nice. This is the fist I even knew threre was any issue. we would have gladly replaced it for free if you had of mentioned it prior to neg feedback
