    The product is literally a fake. I’ve had this mascara before and the bottle is totally different and so is the box. I opened the mascara and it is empty and all dried out. Not even the right wand.

    It is unfortunate to encounter yet another instance of a seller disguising themselves as a customer in order to tarnish the reputation of my product and store. The false negative feedback is clearly intended to disrupt both my metrics and customer base. The images provided do not accurately represent my product, and the batch code has not been disclosed to me.

    We dont sell old mascara.. its not lucrative business. And if this was the case why would you not message me to ask me to resolve the issue by offering you a refund . Easy to malign rather than resolve
