I have to give the seller credit because they did work with me to resolve the DoA issue, and they did issue a full refund. However, it took a lot longer than it should have (weeks) because we are on opposite sides of the world, so messages typically took a day to go back and forth and seller originally wanted to do things roundabout through paypal. To be fair, when I wasn't comfortable with that, they did send a return label and followed through with the refund.
