I was told to watch youtube videos to see how to check. That didn’t work. They sent me a new hard drive. Again, was told to watch videos on how to install. Still didn’t work. They told me send it back but by this time I already ordered a new one. I’m keeping this one to take to a repair shop for my daughter.
