The condition is almost perfect. The appearance of the vacuum is great; the only thing I saw was a small dent in the handle and some of the letters are smudged. This was the best price I could find anywhere, with free or paid shipping. I love that it had free shipping and that the price wasn't raised because of that. I will be recommending this seller & vacuum to everyone for the quality received

Bought a Dyson animal 3 refurbished from Dyson and it arrived broken and customer service was awful. This vacuum is lighter mostly because it is not as well made as Dyson but I had it with them. It was my second one with the same issue rollers stopped working.. so now shark gets my business. Hoovers for many years but not so good anymore. Things are not made like they used to be but even high end stuff needs maintenance so buy an 1100 Miele and get serviced- maybe
