Model arrived damaged, I notified seller I had repaired it and was notifying them to adjust their packing protocol as it may have been a result of that. It was loose in a baggie packed in styrofoam peanuts. I did not request a refund, nor was I expecting one; however, seller refunded all on their own volition. This qualifies as a great seller in my opinion and a safe store to shop and buy.
