I was charged for both orders separately but the orders shared the same shipping tracking number and only one of the two items ever were delivered. I emailed but still waiting for response back.

My only observation would be to inform the customer that they'll be shipping this kit in two separate shipments to avoid questions. The customer does not know that another box is on the way, so it leads to inquiry and a bit of skepticism at first. But Bold was great to work with.
