However, I have not received lower control arms ordered separately but shortly before these parts were ordered. I was charged for both orders separately but the orders shared the same shipping tracking number and only one of the two items ever were delivered. I emailed but still waiting for response back.

They asked me to send a picture of the packing label and a picture of the parts, which I did along with the new receipt from that same day showing I had to spend $70 on a tie rod from AutoZone. (Nobody local sells Moog). After the pictures were sent I never heard back from them. If you buy here, double check all your parts.

My only observation would be to inform the customer that they'll be shipping this kit in two separate shipments to avoid questions. I received a box and my items said delivered and showed the picture with four shocks, but only two were in the box. The customer does not know that another box is on the way, so it leads to inquiry and a bit of skepticism at first. But Bold was great to work with.
