My order contained duplicate front lower arms because a previous customer had returned a left side arm in a right side box. While I did ultimately get a refund for the errant part, do this took many days of messages. I would have hoped the company would have overnighted me the part, but in the end I had to purchase the part elsewhere and push for a refund. Last note, hardware was not included even though specified in prod desc.
