    Terrible experience. It took 10 days for the part to arrive; did not ship for 2 days after purchase. I reached out to seller multiple times as part was delayed by USPS. Seller communication awful. No resolution, just a 1-2 week trace w/ USPS. Seller response to inquiries awful. No offer to expedite & ship a 2nd one. Nothing. I asked for my $$ back. Nothing. Bought one from another seller afterwards; It already days ago and is installed. Now I have a 2nd one. Poor customer service.
