    I ordered that was listed by the seller, which was "A U.S.Polo ASSN. Hartford Short 44 blue men’s flat stretch zipper relaxed." I recieved a waist size of 46 and simply can NOT wear them. The seller stated that he only read the label before listing the item. He never measured the shorts! AVOID!

    This new pair of U.S. Polo ASSN. shorts with listing picture tags indicating the factory waist size have not been proven wrong by beyondglr as he indicated.  He chose to not initiate my "free return with full refund" that I offered via different messages asking him to please do so. However, he did immediately post this negative feedback. Trusting that the good eBay business practice mixed with "Treating others the way you would like to be treated" will quickly remove this negative comment.
