    The item arrived quickly and as described. However, it was shipped in a small envelope with no packaging, and I accidently cut part of the dress as I was cutting open the package. I would recommend using a padded envelope in the future to avoid this problem. I am otherwise happy with this purchase and recommend this seller.

What was ordered was what was delivered including all manuals, controllers and equipment necessary to operate it and was pictured in the Seller's.
